If you are enrolled in our fall 4K program please stop in between 7-10 am on August 7th to pick up your state required paperwork.  This is different than the paperwork you’ve completed for the school district.  You will also receive your class assignments and supply lists on this day.  If you would like to shop early the supply list is also below.  If you cannot stop in on August 7th please call the office at 920-563-2084 to schedule another date/time.  No child may attend until his/her paperwork has been completed.
